On June 30 2005 criminal fraud offenses were committed against me, Frank Gallagher of Keswick On. Canada in a Newmarket Ontario court administered by the former Attorney General Michael Bryant having precedence as a bencher with the Law Society of Upper Canada that appoints the Chair and 4 others selecting 5 more from a list provided by the Law Society 2nd only to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada appointed by the Premier and Prime Minister respectively both advising their government heads, agency and police that have all refused to deal with the issues that set me on a trek for the guaranteed justice of the Charter inclusion of the Constitution Act, 1982: Document, now in the 7th year on earth that God built in 6 days so they with the wherewithal say and they without pray.
The original evidence personally collected and provided to innumerable government departments, agencies and police personnel whose e-mail addresses are published on the GLIST irrefutably proves such justice impossible so created the Charter Democracy Force web site to publish the evidence for all to see, now archived on this site CDF1 CA
On November 8 2007 I provided the evidence to the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP for refusing to investigate the irrefutably obvious government organized crime corruption conspiracy that immediately forwarded the evidence to the RCMP to investigate themselves citing the RCMP ACT.
Conclusive Proof
On September 3 2008 RCMP District Commander of the GTA Superintendent Robert Davis signed the RCMP Final Letter of Disposition stating although I provided hundreds of pages of documentation he chose not to view it in matters of the complaint using diversionary tactics taught by the Law Society of Upper Canada with unfounded response to find the RCMP innocent of refusing to investigate the government organized crime corruption conspiracy while he himself not only refused to investigate the government organized crime corruption conspiracy but signed the document providing the evidence to me earning himself a top spot on the Silly Bugger list
All Silly Buggers will be dealt with in due process of ICE SMELTER in our courts network all financed by the people presently used against by the Satanic, but will be ours when organized to scrutinize

I opened the following site to document the arising issues while awaiting the RCMP Final Letter of Disposition always keeping the GLIST personnel and Staff Sgt. MacAdam informed who informed me about a month prior to completing the REPORT that he understood the importance and need for thoroughness and that he was sorry for the delay but had been promoted to NCO i/c and went on vacation.
